Listed Farmhouse, Gloucestershire
The alteration, extension, modernisation and repair of a Grade II listed farmhouse and outbuildings with C17 origins.
Built on the site of a former medieval manor, the house is located on the edge of a small Cotswold Village near Cheltenham. The C17 core of the property has been extensively altered and extended in the C18.
The property had fallen into disrepair. Andrew Kenyon Architects obtained Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for a contemporary oak framed dining/garden room extension, alteration, modernisation and repair works for the house and outbuildings.
